  On The Move Ministries founder, Cedric Barrett is an administrator in the Dallas Independent School District.  He has been teaching and playing music in the Dallas Metroplex for over twenty five years. He earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts, Master’s and Doctoral degree in education administration.

We have qualified performing and visual artist available to provide instruction  that will improve the skills of students and adults.
